Learnerships combine structured classroom learning with practical workplace experience. Learners participate in a structured learning agreement designed to support the achievement of a full qualification.
Reflections Development Institute provides training and development programmes aligned with the Public Service Sector Education and Training Authority (PSETA). Our programmes support the development of knowledge, skills and competencies within the public service environment.
Our PSETA-related training offering includes qualifications and programmes covering public administration, public financial management, governance, social housing, conflict management, democracy and active citizenship.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) assessments assist experienced employees and practitioners in obtaining formal recognition for knowledge and competencies gained through workplace experience.
